- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience in the Military, Law Enforcement, Government, and/or Corporate Security
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- Strong team player
- Flexibility to work all shifts, and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Able to analyze both qualitative and quantitative metrics
- This is a full-time on-site position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Sunday, hours based on team size and historical alarm volume data trend analysis. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must pass the Basic Operator Course Exam

- Prior experience in a Security Operations Center, TOC, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related
- Experience with security systems, including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV
- Ability to multitask in a fast-pace
