Data Analyst

Requirements

• Experience working with Power BI and data analysis (SQL, databases, or programming exposure is a plus)
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Fabric, SharePoint, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail
• A natural ability to connect the dots and translate data into meaningful insights
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence communicating insights in a simple, engaging way

How You'll Shine Transform data into clear, actionable insights that improve performance and customer outcomes Design intuitive Power BI dashboards that bring our key metrics to life Support multi-channel campaigns (dialler, SMS, email, post) with accurate, well-structured data Deliver insights on campaign effectiveness, performance trends, and operational quality Identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and improve data integrity Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to align data with business goals Your work won't just sit in reports; it will actively shape decisions and drive results.
