Marine Owner's Representative (LNG)

Responsibilities

• Oversee marine operations across the fleet: navigation, mooring and cargo handling standards
• Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS and charterer and terminal requirements
• Lead pre-vetting inspections, internal audits and readiness reviews
• Investigate marine incidents through to the root cause and corrective action
• Review and approve ship-to-ship transfer compatibility, large and small scale
• Confirm terminal compatibility and support the masters and crew on safe, efficient operations
• Track safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the fleet
• Sound knowledge of LNG cargo operations, boil-off gas management and containment systems is required.

Angle is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for a Marine Owner's Representative to oversee marine performance, safety and compliance across their LNG fleet from Singapore. Purpose Acting as the owner's representative for marine and operational matters across the LNG carriers, ensuring safe navigation and cargo operations, regulatory compliance and consistent fleet performance, while protecting the owner's interests on safety, vetting and terminal readiness.
