About the role
- Report attendance of Cleaners to site AA and Manager - Meet client KPIs for the day - Brief Cleaners on itinerary of areas to be cleaned for the day - Brief and remind Cleaners on safety procedures before the team proceeds to work for each day - Ensure that Cleaners are carrying the required cleaning tools, and that the tools are functional before travelling to assigned area - Ensure that Cleaners carry out their duties in a safe manner - Instruct Cleaners on more efficient cleaning techniques as and when possible - Praise Cleaners when they exhibit behaviour which is desirable for other Cleaners to imitate - Offer counsel and discipline for errant Cleaners (E.g.
