Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of Lumen Chat (LGT's internal AI platform) and Generative AI across LGT by helping departments and employees apply AI effectively in their day-to-day work.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions and presentations for different business areas, tailored to varying levels of AI literacy and business needs.
  • Support employees in identifying, shaping and testing practical GenAI use cases, including prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows and agent creation in Lumen.
  • Create and curate educational materials and scalable learning formats such as learning videos, prompt templates, agent templates, examples, feature explanations and practical use case content.
  • Contribute proactively to internal learning and communication formats with posts, guidance, examples and updates that make new AI capabilities easy to understand and apply.
  • Act as a first point of contact for questions related to Lumen Chat and AI usage, including user guidance, troubleshooting support and first-level support for tickets and incidents.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, developers and other stakeholders on user feedback, release testing, feature rollouts and the continuous improvement of adoption and support.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, economics, communications, innovation management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a business-facing role at the intersection of people, technology and change, such as training, enablement, adoption, support, consulting or business analysis.
  • Strong interest in Generative AI, digital transformation and the practical application of new technologies in a business environment.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and engagingly to non-technical audiences and to work effectively with users and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of Generative AI, large language models and prompting concepts, supported by a solid technical mindset; familiarity with LLM-based chat applications, Microsoft 365, knowledge management tools, workflow automation or AI agents is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English, German and additional languages relevant to LGT locations are an advantage.
  • Structured, pragmatic and service-oriented approach, with the ability to manage support cases, feedback, learning content and communication in a clear and reliable way, ideally in a regulated environment such as financial services.

You will help shape adoption through user enablement, workshops, use case development, content creation, release support and first-level user guidance.
