- Track and synthesize the full picture of what's happening across DIS - internal initiatives, external engagements, open gaps - so leadership is always informed
- Help the organization stay ahead of capacity and staffing needs: understand what's coming, what it requires, and where we need to hire, realign, or augment

- Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, staffing gaps, and resource conflicts - and bring them to the right people before they compound
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DIS's operating model - delivery cadences, cross-team rituals, and program tooling - and identify patterns across projects to build repeatable processes
- Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
