Responsibilities

  • Uses intermediate computer/math skills to key customer names, addresses, statistical information, business information, account numbers, or other data.
  • Follows procedures to update customer business data for sales and production when technology is unable to be utilized.

  • Analyzes multiple customer data reports daily basis to properly manage customer accounting details.

  • Assists, as needed, with inbound billing calls as overflow support to customer service.
  • Routinely makes outbound calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and closed loop resolutions.
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed.

  • High school diploma/GED required and One (1) to three (3) years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) required
  • Experience with standard office equipment (computer, fax, scanner) required
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to use office equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to use honesty and discretion when handling business information
  • Dependable and adaptable to fast-paced work environment conditions
  • Advance computer knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate Math/Accounting skills as relates to percent calculations and balancing transactions.

  • Organizational and time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
