Monitor the privacy compliance solutions, identify issues, create and drive technical remediation activities or repairs to prevent privacy threats; Partner with Privacy Legal and Privacy Operations Senior Director to ensure a clear understanding of the ongoing privacy regulations and Verizon's legal interpretation, and to help negotiate the compliance solutions with the legal and business teams; Partner with Global Technology Services (GTS) to develop the technical solutions to address the requirements from each privacy law as interpreted by the privacy legal team and work with GTS to develop the solutions in a compressed timeline and to avoid significant fines; Manage privacy mailboxes including ensuring customer response is complete and timely to avoid fines; Support the privacy legal team on privacy incident report tracking; Communicate project status and issues to empower informed decision making for several laws that are in the process of going into effect at the same time; Ensure continued compliance to all previous privacy solutions. What we're looking for... Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Information Assurance, Information Systems Technologies, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Data Analyst, Business or DevOps Analyst or Consultant, Program/Project Manager, or in a related/similar position, responsible for information systems and business analysis, enterprise data governance and project management, using SQL, Agile methodology, JIRA, Qlik, Tableau, Confluence, and Collibra. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 3 years of experience in the skill sets stated above. Experience therein to include 2 years with data privacy. Hybrid role, ability to work from home. RATE OF PAY: $172,827 to $188,000 per year. Must Reference: Job code SHPOTL-W. Where you'll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
