The Quality Control Specialist is part of the Feeds Operations division, based in Iligan/Tarlac. The primary objective of this role is to execute quality control plans and initiatives-including monitoring raw materials and finished goods, managing chemicals and equipment, and ensuring safety-to achieve zero complaints, operational cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Key Duties and Responsibilities Quality Management: Implement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with country and group policies to ensure consistency and traceability. Quality Control Execution: Ensure the consistency of raw materials and finished products through laboratory analysis, verify laboratory methods, and manage chemical hygiene and equipment. Laboratory Safety: Execute regulatory requirements for chemical laboratories, ensuring a safe and organized environment, and reporting any safety or quality issues. Testing & Analysis: Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses, assist in sample preparation, and coordinate testing for new ingredients and products. Supplier QA: Support supplier audits and performance evaluations, implementing corrective actions based on analysis results. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Production, Nutrition, Procurement, Sales) to resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and submit analysis results, regulatory filings, and certifications required for product registration and market access. SAP Support: Ensure accurate task execution in SAP, provide user support and troubleshooting for SAP applications, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
