About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruitment activities across Bulgaria and the EMEA region, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract and secure top talent. Key Essential Functions: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conducting candidate screening and selection: Screen and assess candidates for their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Conducting interviews, reference checks, and assessments to select the best candidates for the job. Managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to extending job offers. Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and identify qualified candidates. Key Skills: Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across multiple functions and geographies. Ability to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and talent mapping. Strong candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate qualifications, competencies, experience, and overall fit for the role and organization. Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and provide guidance on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices. Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Understanding of employer branding principles and the ability to represent the company positively in the talent market. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across different levels of the organization. Ability to analyze recruitment data, market insights, and hiring metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, complex searches, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms. Ability to coach and mentor hiring managers and share recruitment best practices with team members and stakeholders. Professional working proficiency in Bulgarian and English is required.
