About the role
As a Media Buyer at Mindvalley, you'll drive the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns that fuel our global growth. Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, focusing on new customer acquisition via VSL and webinar funnels
- Propose and execute structured A/B tests on hooks, copy, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Monitor and optimize key metrics (CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to inform scaling decisions
- Collaborate with creative, funnel, and product teams to align messaging and creative direction
- Translate funnel objectives into actionable creative briefs and performance-driven ad concepts
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across pixels, Conversions API, and GA4
- Maintain campaign dashboards and deliver weekly performance insights and recommendations
- Act as a feedback engine for creative teams, identifying winning angles and escalating learnings
- Stay ahead of platform trends, best practices, and new ad features to keep Mindvalley's strategy cutting-edge

- Campaigns are launched and optimized with clear, measurable improvements in ROAS and lead acquisition
- Structured testing delivers actionable insights, with at least two new winning creative angles identified
- Accurate tracking and attribution are in place, with reliable reporting on all key metrics
- Creative and funnel teams receive regular, data-driven feedback that improves ad performance
- Mindvalley's ad strategy is benchmarked and iterated to match or exceed industry leaders
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) with proven results
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, campaign structures, and creative formats
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics and AI-driven tools for campaign optimization
- Relentless approach to testing and experimentation across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ads and funnels
- Nice-to-have: Experience with advanced tracking setups (Conversions API, GA4), and a portfolio of AI-driven campaign improvements
