About the role

The Regional Manager will oversee the management of the Regional Echocardiography Liaisons (REL) team within the designated region. This role involves collaborating with Medical and Commercial leadership, supporting field medical strategy, and developing field resources as needed.

  • Routinely seeks to support the matrix partners and stakeholders to provide direction that advance the impact and strategic direction for the therapeutic area. Serves as a trusted scientific resource within the healthcare community and among the REL team
  • Team leader and compliance ambassador that serves as a point of clarity to others based on compliant field excellence and experience. Relied upon to drive change or implement new policies/expectations
  • Serves as a team guide and champion and demonstrates mastery in collaboration and teamwork
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program (echocardiography required); bachelor's degree preferred
  • Active cardiac ultrasound registry ( RDCS or RCS required )
  • Minimum of 5 years of adult echocardiography experience
  • Previous experience in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)
  • Viewed as an expert for scientific and non-scientific communications that effectively engage important audiences. Uses their high EQ, and is sought out for opinion on complex matters where strategic communication skills and approaches are needed
  • Approaches new and existing opportunities and challenges with innovation and creativity
  • Champions individual, team and organizational goal achievement clearly recognized by others in leadership positions. Routinely demonstrates leadership poise and makes decisions with authority and ownership
  • Viewed as a change agent for the organization due to the ability to influence and rally individuals and teams to support change
  • Regularly adjusts interaction based on diverse communications styles and preferences with the intent to cultivate long-lasting interpersonal relationships
  • Innovates through developing new and simplified ways of working to the benefit of the team/company
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Additional Requirements
  • Home-based role with 50-70% travel , including overnight and occasional weekend travel
  • Ability to travel by car and/or air as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and transport educational equipment (e.g., simulator)
