Specialized Experience at the FP-2 (GS-14) Level: To qualify for this position at the FP-2 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression, FP-3 or GS-13. This experience must be directly related to the work of the position and must have equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the role. Specialized experience includes: Experience planning, developing, and managing national-level marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and multi-channel outreach initiatives for a large organization; including overseeing quantitative and qualitative marketing research, analyzing program content, and directing complex marketing projects from concept through production and delivery. Experience developing and implementing communication and information-dissemination policies; evaluating and improving communication strategies; determining the most effective channels for nationwide public outreach; advising senior leadership on marketing and public engagement practices; and managing or contributing to public-facing websites, recruitment materials, and standardized marketing content. Experience managing paid national advertising campaigns requiring strategic use of limited resources; building and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets, production vendors, and other external partners; and ensuring all marketing products meet current industry standards. Experience performing supervisory or team-lead responsibilities such as assigning work, establishing performance expectations, evaluating employee performance, resolving issues, recommending personnel actions, ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunity and safety requirements, and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams ~AND~ Time-in-Grade Requirements: Current or former Federal employees, including Peace Corps employees, must meet applicable Time-in-Grade requirements to be eligible for this position. For positions above the FP-09 (GS-05) level, you must have completed at least one year (52 weeks) at the next lower grade in the normal line of progression for the position to which you are applying. All current or former Federal employees, including internal employees, must provide a copy of their SF-50(s), "Notification of Personnel Action," to demonstrate that you meet Time-in-Grade requirements.
