A proactive, improvement-focused mindset, with the ability to innovate, adapt and lead change in a challenging operating environment. Alignment with, and commitment to, the mission, values and legacy of St Vincent's Health Australia. AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (or related discipline) desirable with evidence of ongoing professional development highly regarded . Successful completion and maintenance of Responsible Person screening checks. This position is considered a 'Responsible Person' role, being accountable for day-to-day operations, and having authority, decision-making, influence & responsibility for planning and directing activities within our organisation. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Residential Care Services Manager lead s the day-to-day operational management and drive s the overall performance, culture and reputation of our r esidential aged care home at Bronte. St Vincent's Care Services Bronte is a boutique facility located in one of Sydney's beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation. The Residential Care Services Manager proactively lead s innovation and change, mentoring thei r team and embedding a culture of continuous improvement by challenging outdated practices and preparing the home for the evolving demands of aged care. You will driv e high-quality care, strong clinical governance and sustainable operations , leading your team to suc cess by ensuring residents receive safe, dignified and compassionate holistic care.
