You will be instrumental in facilitating scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to agile principles to drive successful project outcomes. Job Responsibilities** * Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings. * Coach and mentor development teams on agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices. * Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder team progress. * Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment. * Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlog. * Monitor and report on team progress, burndown charts, and other relevant metrics. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across the organization. * Support the implementation and evolution of configuration management and release processes. * Contribute to the development of talent strategy and organizational knowledge related to agile methodologies. * Engage in market scanning to identify new agile practices and tools. * Collaborate on user experience design and testing and quality assurance activities. * Apply analytical thinking to identify and resolve complex issues. * Support business development initiatives through effective project delivery. Job Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex organizational environment. * Deep understanding and practical application of Agility core practices. * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. * Experience with configuration management and release processes. * Proficiency in data analysis to track and report on team performance. * Familiarity with Design Thinking principles. * Demonstrated ability in leading transformation initiatives. * Experience with market scanning and adoption of best practices. * Understanding of organizational knowledge management. * Solid grasp of Product Ownership principles and backlog management. * Experience in project and programme management. * Ability to contribute to talent strategy development. * Knowledge of testing and quality assurance methodologies. * Familiarity with User Experience Design concepts.
