We are looking for an Admin Assistant ( Chinese Banquet Kitchen) to join our team! Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Chinese Banquet Chefs Manage and respond to emails promptly on behalf of the Chinese Banquet team Translate menus, recipes, and communication materials accurately between Chinese and English Assist in preparing and updating menus in line with operational needs Coordinate and manage staff roster and leaves for the kitchen team Maintain proper filing and documentation of kitchen records and correspondence Take minutes and support logistics during internal and external meetings Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations Monitor inventory reports and assist with basic data entry and tracking Support ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Chef Job Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field 3 years of working experience in related field Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Prior experience in administrative support or hospitality operations is an advantage Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese as the role requires handling Chinese banquet menus, translating culinary materials, and coordinating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders to support operational effectiveness
