Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, or digital channels.
• Resolve billing, account, and service-related enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high service quality and productivity standards.
• Support other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.
• Experience in call centre or customer service is an advantage.
