Responsibilities
- Manage task assignments and targeted completion dates throughout the M&A transaction

- Manage the deal team's key metrics and deal statistics
- What are we looking for?
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline
- 2-5 years' experience in relationship management, corporate finance, or related roles requiring strong follow-up and analytical skills
- 2+ years' experience in financial services, with an u nderstanding of M&A, valuation, lending and deal term options to guide advisors to make educated decisions
- 2+ years' experience working in Excel and PowerPoint
- Core Competencies:
- Effective communication, presentation and writing skills to present complex topics in an engaging way
- Ability to synthesize complex processes and communicate into digestible messages
- Strong execution, efficient project management and key deliverable tracking skills
- Can manage multiple deals/projects and prioritize as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferences:
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Pay Range:
- $81,267.00 - $135,445.00
