What you'll actually do On any given day you might be: Owning operational tasks end-to-end and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Chasing down information, vendors, candidates, customers - whatever the business needs Building, fixing, and improving the internal processes that keep things moving Jumping into whatever the founders need solved that day, and solving it Tracking numbers that matter and flagging what's off before it becomes a problem You'll be measured on whether things got done - well, and on time.
