- Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires by collaborating with HR and other departments to execute a successful onboarding process.
- Education: Any Degree, B.E/B.TECH, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications are Plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead recruiting role. Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., Finance, Technology, Engineering is preferred.
- Skills & Competencies: Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in hiring.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
