Your Role in Our Story: In essence, your role involves: Monitor and analyze carbon market policies and regulations Stay on top of developments in EU and international carbon markets, identifying key changes and their implications. Translate regulation into business insight Turn complex policy frameworks into clear, actionable guidance for commercial and product teams. Drive product innovation Identify opportunities for new products and services based on regulatory changes and market needs, and support their development from concept to launch. Support go-to-market readiness Work closely with commercial, legal, and operations teams to ensure products are compliant, relevant, and ready for market. Shape ACT's voice in the market Contribute to advocacy efforts, position papers, and external communications to strengthen ACT's presence in policy discussions. Engage with industry stakeholders Represent ACT at conferences, workshops, and with regulatory bodies to stay connected and influence market developments. Your Expertise: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: 3-6 years of experience in policy, regulation, or carbon/environmental markets Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks A genuine interest in carbon markets and policies such as the Paris Agreement, CORSIA, and EU Climate laws. The ability to connect policy insights to commercial opportunities Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset A degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, Environmental Science, Economics, or Engineering If you meet these criteria and are ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply.
