Schneider Electric is strengthening its position as a trusted partner to Europe's aerospace and defense ecosystem, supporting mission-critical environments through energy resilience and digital infrastructure. As Aerospace & Defense Business Development Leader for Europe, you are responsible for driving the development of the segment at European level. You will collaborate with business and local operations in the countries, connecting teams, aligning efforts, and adapting your approach to different levels of maturity. This includes working closely with more advanced teams to scale best practices, while supporting and developing those at an earlier stage to accelerate their impact . You will also contribute to key European and multi-country programs and accounts, including institutions such as NATO, ensuring coordinated positioning and engagement. This is a hands-on mandate with a clear objective to accelerate and scale the Aerospace & Defense business in Europe over the next three years, driving focus, alignment, and execution across Zones. You will work closely with Strategy, Sales, and Zone leadership teams, hold overall responsibility for the segment at European level, and report to the Strategy VP for Europe.
