Our team works across self-service, proactive servicing, AI-powered support experiences, and operational tools that help both customers and support teams. As customer expectations evolve, servicing is becoming more proactive, personalized, and intelligent. You'll help design experiences that anticipate customer needs, reduce effort, improve self-service outcomes, and simplify complex journeys across the servicing ecosystem. You'll partner closely with cross-functional partners and other designers to translate customer needs, business goals, and ops requirements into intuitive, effective experiences.
