Project Associate Manager (Launch & PMO) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Associate/Manager to support strategic initiatives across business operations and program delivery . This role will play a critical part in coordinating business account reviews, driving project management efforts, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Account Review Management
• Lead the coordination of business account reviews by consolidating inputs and performance metrics from multiple workstreams.
• Maintain a regular cadence for reporting and presenting account health to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment across departments to deliver a unified view of account performance and areas for action.
• Project Management Support
• Provide project management support, from presales to initiation, and planning through execution.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, Gantt charts, risk logs, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively manage risks or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
• Support adhoc projects as assigned
