Requirements

• Required Skills and Experience
• Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain
• Must have AZ DMV experience
• 1+ years of experience providing IT support
• Experience working in a customer facing environment
• Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working
• Preferred Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
• The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -
• $55,200 to $99,240 based on a full-time schedule.
• Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
• There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
• California (San Francisco Bay Area):$66,240to$119,040
• California (All Other):$60,720to$109,200
• Colorado: $55,200to$99,240
• Massachusetts$55,200to$109,200
• New York City: $66,240to$119,040
• Washington: $60,720to$109,200
• Washington DC:$60,720to$109,200
