About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (UTILITIES) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN GUAM IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*** Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Proficient in evaluating program effectiveness, improving operational efficiency, and managing utility finances-skilled in cost tracking, budgeting, variance analysis, and delivering data-driven recommendations.
