Sr. Manager, IT

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or regulated industry
• Strong hands-on experience with end-user systems, infrastructure, and networking
• Experience supporting cloud, SaaS, and on-premise environments
• Experience working in GxP / regulated / manufacturing / lab environments preferred
• Experience managing vendors and managed service providers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced organization

This role is responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable systems that support day-to-day business and laboratory operations. The Senior Manager, IT will lead IT operations, manage vendors and managed service providers, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure technology solutions support business needs while maintaining compliance with regulatory and security requirements. This role requires strong technical depth, operational discipline, and the ability to work across multiple functions in a fast-moving organization.
