Requirements

• Must have 3 months of work history with one employer within the last 2 years listed on the application. Must have a valid Driver's License.
• CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must be able to obtain a PIT license and operate yard truck.
• WORK SCHEDULE Hours of work may vary depending on the needs and demands of the plant(s).
• SHIFT SCHEDULE 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 5pm - 2am
• NEW HIRE SIGN-ON Bonus: $3,000.00 sign-on bonus paid out $500.00 at 30 days. $1,000.00 paid out at 90 days and $1,500.00 paid out at 6 months.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

Job Details: Starting Pay: $20.75/hr plus a $2.00 shift premium SHIFT SCHEDULE 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 5:00 pm - 2:00 am SUMMARY This position is responsible for the assisting the overall operation of production on their shift. The following list of responsibilities and requirements is not intended to be comprehensive and may be modified at any time by the Human Resource Business Partner, in response to current business needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receives training and performs duties in the cross dock area. Learns proper operating procedures and practices at the cross dock area. Receives training in functions and operations of all departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between cross dock and plant operations. Operates PIT equipment to unload trailers of combos and transfer's them to hooper for loading onto open top trailer. Operates Yard truck on cross dock area and moves trailers to plant operations area from cross dock. Attends company-sponsored training classes. Abides by all company Safety, QA and Human Resource policies. Any other work duties as assigned by Management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
