  • The anticipated salary range for this position:
  • $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Annual
  • The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Job Summary The Manager, Legal Operations oversees the day-to-day delivery of legal operations services, including paralegal support, core workflows, and legal technology platforms. This role ensures efficient, consistent service delivery, drives process improvement, and partners with legal and business stakeholders to support the effective operation of the Legal Department. Job Description MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and develop paralegal staff, including workload allocation, performance management, and professional development. Serve as business owner for legal technology platforms (e.g., e-billing, matter management, CLM system, etc.). Partner with Procurement and Finance to manage legal spend, enforce billing guidelines, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify opportunities to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall delivery of legal services. Establish and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities. Support the execution of Legal Department strategic initiatives, including process improvement and change management efforts. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree. Certification / Licensure N/A Work Experience 4+ years of experience in legal operations, legal administration, or related role. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a people management role. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong operational mindset with ability to translate strategy into execution. Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, legal spend, and various legal technology. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
