You will learn application and technology architecture processes such as analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and also gain exposure to operations, maintenance, and support of live production environments. The AI Support & Enablement role focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into business processes to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and innovation. The position contributes to building intelligent solutions that empower teams, streamline workflows, and unlock new opportunities across the organisation. Working within a dynamic technology ecosystem, the role engages with: AI platforms and tools for automation, natural language processing, and machine learning Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting scalable AI solutions Collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, JIRA, and Confluence Data management and analytics frameworks that enable actionable insights and predictive capabilities Upon finishing the graduate program, you will possess the requisite knowledge, skills, and experience to begin your career and potentially join Insurance & Asset Management Technology, where you can contribute to the success of the overall Standard Bank Group. Undergraduate qualification (completed or completing in 2026): Computer Science Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Electronic Engineering Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Mathematics Statistics Informatics, Information Systems Software Development Software Engineering Data Engineering Data Science Quantitative Risk Management MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must be a South African citizen Must be under 30 years of age Maximum of two years' work experience Minimum of 65% average over all years of study KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Working collaboratively with others Resilience Creative problem solving and considered decision making Curiosity and willingness to learn Positive attitude and self confidence Business acumen PROGRAMME DURATION: 12 Months APPLICATIONS CLOSE: 30 June 2026
