Expert, HR Freelancer Contract Management

About the role

Contract Drafting & Tailoring: With AI support, draft, review, and tailor contracts for freelancers and independent contractors. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure contracts comply with applicable local labor laws, as well as corporate rules and regulations. Communication: Communicate with freelancers and suppliers regarding contracts through to signature. Onboarding & Lifecycle Administration: Manage the freelancer lifecycle, including onboarding, record maintenance, and offboarding in HR systems. Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax and business stakeholders to support contracting needs. Process Improvement: Develop and update AI-based contract templates, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency. Data Maintenance: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of active, pending, and former freelancers. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review complex and detailed legal documents. Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of contract law, particularly in relation to independent contractor status. AI and Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI-driven contract management systems (such as Legora) and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills for negotiating with freelancers and communicating with internal teams. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts across different jurisdictions simultaneously. Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Work Experience: At least 4 years of experience in an HR or legal department, preferably in consulting or another international environment, with exposure to managing international contracts.
