The Finance team is seeking a versatile individual with experience at the intersection of Finance, Digital Assets, and Technology to lead our global automation strategy and support our most important strategic initiatives. In this role, you will own the finance transformation roadmap, translating complex financial needs into scalable, compliant, and audit-ready solutions. You will also serve as the critical link between Accounting, Engineering, and Product to ensure our infrastructure and processes keep pace with rapid growth. Beyond transformation, you will play a central role in standing up new strategic business initiatives by coordinating the planning and execution of the Finance work required to support them. Because managing cross-functional partners is a key element of the role, building effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders is essential. Ultimately, strong oral and written communication skills will be critical to your success. Design and deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions by partnering with Engineering and Finance to continuously improve processes, data pipelines, reporting, and controls. Complexity and Impact of Work: Drive the successful execution of transformation and strategic initiatives by effectively managing workstreams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring the timely completion of all finance-related tasks. Collaborate with senior team members to develop comprehensive execution plans, ensuring seamless alignment across accounting, tax, treasury, and other core finance functions. Organizational Knowledge: Partner with finance stakeholders, business leads, and cross-functional teams to thoroughly evaluate current-state processes and scope solutions that align with the organization s strategic goals. Become a trusted advisor to the business, supporting its operational scaling by developing a comprehensive understanding of key stakeholder needs. Communication and Influence: Produce high-quality documentation that clearly communicates transformation and strategic initiative opportunities to executive management for review. Facilitate effective communication across all project phases, proactively informing management of any updates to scope, timelines, and resources. You may be a fit for this role if you have: A Bachelor s degree, with a CPA certification (or progress toward it) preferred. Fintech industry experience, with a strong preference for a background in the crypto sector. A solid background in crypto along with technical product knowledge. A highly motivated, proactive mindset, backed by strong project management, organizational, and oral/written communication skills. Proven experience supporting operational and accounting processes.
