Responsibilities
- Reporting & Frameworks: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide clear visibility into marketing performance. Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready summaries for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to connect acquisition data to downstream revenue outcomes, not just top-of-funnel metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI; working knowledge of SQL and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills - you can build a rigorous analysis and make it land with an audience who wasn't in the weeds with you.
- Experience with pricing analysis or go-to-market measurement.
- Experience supporting cross functional teams i.e. Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations teams.
- Background in SaaS, hospitality technology, fintech, or subscription-based businesses.
- Salary Range
- $85,000 - $100,000 CAD
