Key Responsibilities: Quality Leadership & Test Strategy Define, implement and continuously evolve the overall QA strategy for the Trackman Unity applications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Work closely with product owners, developers, designers, QAs, and golf domain experts to secure high gameplay quality, realism, and consistency throughout the product lifecycle. Champion and advocate for quality at every stage of development-from initial concept discussions to implementation, testing, release, and post‑launch evaluation. 2. Quality Framework Ownership Lead the definition and execution of the Test Automation strategy for the Unity Applications domain, ensuring a scalable, efficient testing approach that aligns with team and product goals. Continuously assess automation opportunities and advocate for ROI-driven test automation. Design, maintain, and evolve both manual and automated test frameworks, ensuring they support game‑specific workflows, simulation complexities, and fast iteration cycles. Identify and mitigate risks related to software updates and customer-specific configurations. 4. Team Mentorship & Growth Mentor, guide and lead a team of QA engineers , fostering technical growth, ownership, and continuous improvement within the QA discipline. 5. Bug Triage & Continuous Improvement Drive root‑cause analysis and promote continuous enhancement of testing practices, tools, and overall quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Has 5+ years of experience in QA ideally within the gaming industry (Unity/Unreal) Excellent communication skills (English), with the ability to collaborate across teams and lead the QA team effectively. Strong background in system-level testing (hardware/software integration is a plus). Experience in test automation (unity applications) and CI/CD integration. Ability to analyze/debug production environments and troubleshooting issues. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. (Bonus) Experience with Trackman systems, golf play and/or online gaming.
