We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer to own the end-to-end production of paid advertising creative across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Responsibilities

• Produce paid social and search assets across Meta, Google, and TikTok native formats, from concept through to delivery. You'll create UGC-style and edited video content, design static ads, and write the short-form copy that ties it together - hooks, headlines, and primary text that earn the click.

Requirements

• Strong UGC and video editing skills, plus static ad design
• Hands-on experience creating paid social and search assets across Meta, Google, and TikTok native formats
• Strong short-form ad copywriting - hooks, headlines, and primary text
• Comfortable working across multiple distinct brand aesthetics without style bleed
• A self-starter who proactively brings new creative concepts and testing ideas
• High output velocity - able to produce creative variations at pace
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance feedback loops
• Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp a plus)
• AI creative tool fluency a plus (Flora, Gemini, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house growth team, and a portfolio that shows the same concept iterated multiple ways to demonstrate how you think about testing.
