Using a Critical Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan and track work needed, the Site Operations department performs all preventative and corrective maintenance. Position Overview We are looking for a Lead Critical Faciliti es Engineer who knows what best-in- class service looks like and can make that a reality . This role is an important member of our facilities team where we manage some of the most efficient and cost-effective data center facilities in the industry . This Lead role will work at one of our data center campuses; this is not a remote role. This position will be based on-site in our new data center campus in Reno, NV. This specific Lead role will be titled a Lead, Critical Facilities Engineer working Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This role is hourly and will be eligible for annual bonus target. This specific Lead role will focus solely on technical writing for CMOPS/MOPS plus other duties as assigned. This role will mainly focus on construction as it turns over to site operations and have the smooth transition. One must be highly collaborative, very detailed oriented and an effective communicator. The ideal /highly desired candidate will need to have proven experience authoring, editing and execution/education of MOPs. The successful candidate for this role will lead and work with a team of other electrical and mechanical- focused engineers performing maintenance and repair for our data center infrastructure .
