About the role
As an Account Coordinator Leader and overseeing a national team of Account Coordinators, you will be a foundation of support, structure and coaching that allows the team to thrive, grow, and do what they do best in supporting our Sales teams with their portfolios of Real Estate Developer clients. Responsibilities
- Roll out structure, processes and a positive can-do culture to the team to allow them to do what they do best - e.g. through performance tracking, weekly meetings and team recognition.
- Communicate constantly with Sales stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery of services, and actioning feedback to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Act as an escalation point to help resolve complex customer needs.
- Oversee admin support provided to sales teams - e.g. proposals, client correspondences, case studies and reports.
- Encourage cross-skilling and knowledge sharing amongst team members.
- Optimising team capacity and ensuring fair allocation of work, whilst driving adherence to service level agreements.
- Eventually develop onboarding, training programs and coaching for long-term career progression within the team.
- Hire for any new roles as the team grows.

Requirements
- Industry experience in digital advertising / marketing with an understanding of Ad-Ops functions.
- Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar team support / admin function.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Zuora, Optima or similar tools.
