You will ensure every one of our employees has a smooth, well-administered experience - from the day they sign their contract to the day they leave. If you take pride in getting the details right, know Slovak labour law inside out, and enjoy being the person everyone trusts to sort things out, this is your role. Maintain employee records in HR systems and physical files, keeping data clean and current for payroll and compliance. Administer attendance and prepare monthly payroll inputs: sick leave, OČR/PN, overtime, and other variables. Own the administrative side of onboarding for every new hire and service provider - documentation, system access, equipment coordination, and scheduling. Manage the full administrative offboarding process: termination documents, system deactivations, final payroll inputs, and benefit cessation. Handle benefit administration: enrolments, changes, terminations, and employee queries. Track and document mandatory training completion (BOZP, PO, and other legally required courses); coordinate with providers to keep the company compliant.
