About the role
Marketing is being rebuilt around AI agents. The companies that figure this out first will operate with fewer people, more leverage, and faster cycles than anyone else in the market. We're going to be one of those companies, and you're going to help us build it. You'll join a small team of interns reporting directly to the CMO. You'll solve pressing business challenges and ship AI agents that run inside the marketing organization. Agents for traffic intelligence, lead qualification, opportunity surfacing, and the ones we haven't named yet. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with senior leaders. You'll see your work in production. This is a skunkworks. It is the opposite of a normal internship.
Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows using Cursor, Claude, OpenAI, and other frontier models
- Wire agents to our data and tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, our warehouse, GA, Teams, Slack, and internal APIs
- Prototype, deploy, iterate, measure, repeat
- Sit in on strategy meetings, write briefs, ship code, and own outcomes
Requirements
- Current students or new grads in CS, AI, math, or a technical discipline
- Already shipping AI projects on your own time
- Comfortable in Python and comfortable in chaos
- Strong opinions about what AI can and can't do today
- Curious about marketing, sales, and the GTM side of a software business
