Program Director

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program governance, planning, and execution across all workstreams.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead for FPT, overseeing execution and collaboration with eBao and other vendors.
• Define and manage program KPIs, milestones, and quality frameworks.
• Establish and chair governance meetings, risk reviews, and steering committee sessions.
• Oversee delivery of configuration, integration, and migration workstreams.
• Drive alignment across internal (onsite/offshore) and external partners.
• Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
• Qualifications & Experience
• 15 + years in IT delivery, including 8 + years in large-scale transformation or core-system programs.
• Preferred: Experience delivering insurance platform implementations (core / digital / middleware).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor engagements as the prime delivery partner.
• PgMP / PMP / Agile Program Management certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Life Insurance domain and familiarity with eBao / InsureMO advantageous.

Role Summary As the prime delivery partner, FPT is leading a multi-year implementation program for a large insurance/banking organization. The Program Director will provide overall direction, governance, and stakeholder management across multiple delivery tracks involving configuration, customization, integration, and data migration. The role will require close coordination and other participating vendors to ensure end-to-end delivery success.
