About the role

Company Overview As our Company continues to expand, we are looking to hire additional QS personnel to support the project team. Job Description: Prepare tender and contract documentation Assess and negotiate tender submissions Prepare agreements, letters of award, and work/purchase orders Evaluate projects' progress and variation claims, and assist the Management in payment certification and final account settlement Monitor projects' work progress and project schedules Provide cost advice to project teams and clients Liaise with Clients and other relevant parties on QS and contract-related matters Carry out other duties as assigned by the Management Job Requirements: Minimum a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field At least 1 year of relevant project tendering experience in Singapore HDB projects would be advantageous Proficient in MS Office and related QS software Good understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and contracts would be advantageous Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines Rewards & Benefits: Annual Bonus Annual Increment Medical Insurance
