About the role
[What the role is] The successful applicant will join the Event Management (EM) team and contribute to the planning and delivery of ASEAN meetings in 2027, as well as other MAS-hosted meetings, conferences, official visits and high-level engagements. Self-motivated and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Willing to work beyond regular office hours and on weekends, where required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This contract will end in November 2027.
