Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree required , ideally in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Experience and Skills:
- Required:
- Experience supporting or managing learning, training, or development programs
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and manage program timelines and stakeholders
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness and using data to drive improvements
- Ability to collaborate across teams and functions in a complex, matrixed environment
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic business environment
- Knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, or training delivery methods
- Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), or e-learning tools
