Requirements

• College degree in an engineering or related field is preferred but not required.
• Working for or with companies in oil & gas, petrochemicals, or related industries.
• Experience with combustion equipment including flares, burners, and thermal oxidizers.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Electrical (12-24vcd) (120-480vac)
• Burner Management Systems (BMS)
• Local Control Panels (LCP)
• Motor Operated Valves (MOV)
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Controls Troubleshooting
• Gas Measurement & Instrument Controls
• HART Communication Devices
• General Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

Job Title: Field Service Engineer / Technician (Gulf Region) - Global Field Services Reports to: Houston Operations Manager Job Description The field service engineer position will be based out of Zeeco's Houston office but will spend a majority of time in the field. The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on installation, start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, or inspections of this equipment. Moderate travel will be required. When not in the field, this position will report to the Zeeco Houston facility to complete paperwork or prepare for the next project.
