🎓 Student Management Aide (Tampines)

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during detention and suspension sessions
• Manage discipline room operations and attendance records
• Maintain student disciplinary and attendance data
• Support student behaviour monitoring and case follow-ups
• Assist with school patrols, student supervision, and examination duties
• Liaise with teachers and school leaders on student matters
• Support restorative and behavioural development initiatives
• Working Hours
• 🕢 Mon-Thu: 7:30am - 4:30pm (30-min lunch break)
• 🕢 Fri: 7:30am - 4:00pm (30-min lunch break)
• 🌟 No work on weekends and public holidays
• 🌟 Additional approved hours compensated with time-off

Requirements

• ✅ Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
• ✅ Experience working with youths, student discipline, or behavioural support preferred
• ✅ MOE school experience preferred
• ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• ✅ Familiar with data entry and school administrative systems

🎓 Student Management Aide 💰 Salary: $2,400 - $2,600/month 📍 School Environment | Contract Position Contract Period 📅 Aug 2026 - Oct 2026 (3 months) 🔄 Option to extend by 9 months + 9 months
