About the role

Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within solar PV / renewable energy (utility segment preferred) Proven track record in utility-scale project sales and closing large-volume deals Strong network with EPCs, developers, IPPs and investors in Romania Solid understanding of utility PV market dynamics, tender processes and project lifecycle Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Structured, proactive and results-driven mindset Willingness to travel regularly within Romania and Europe. Languages: Fluent Romanian and English (written and spoken) required. Ukrainian or any additional European language would be a plus.
