Role Overview We are hiring an Associate to support Decile Capital's fundraising operations, LP research, investment diligence, and internal operational workflows as we scale our emerging manager investment strategy. This is an execution-oriented role with high ownership and exposure to fundraising and the venture capital ecosystem. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting fundraising or capital-raising efforts and thrives in a high-volume, detail-intensive environment. This is an opportunity to work alongside the Decile Capital team at an early stage and gain hands-on experience in modern venture capital. Remote candidates will be considered.
