- Proven track record of developing and commercializing financial products that serve institutional investors.
- Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of investment performance metrics and benchmarking methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-driven outcomes.
- Salary Range:
- Chicago: $170,000-$240,000
- New York: $215,000-$280,000
