Responsibilities

  • Events Management: Organize and support events for Career Services (including College-wide events and special programs). Make room reservations, submit facilities requests, and provide logistical support as needed. Assist with programmatic communications.

Requirements

  • Experience managing relationships and programs, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation for small- to large-scale events.
  • Graphic design experience
  • Creative moderating/facilitating of decision-making group processes.
  • Familiarity with not-for-profit arts organizations or public arts organizations such as museums, galleries, public arts programs, and performing arts centers.
  • Knowledge of event-planning tools (Canva, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, and Zoom)
