About the role
In this role, you will provide high-level executive support to the Director of the Centre for Western Sydney, managing complex diary commitments, travel, meetings and correspondence. What Success Looks Like: The Director's diary, travel and meetings are managed to meet strategic priorities. Briefings, correspondence, acquittals and reports are delivered to a high standard. Governance records, minutes and actions are maintained and tracked in SharePoint. Procurement and contract processes meet University policy and compliance obligations. About You Extensive experience providing high-level executive support in a complex organisation. Proven office coordination skills managing deadlines, priorities and confidential matters. Experience managing procurement, contracts and compliance within governance frameworks. Strong written and interpersonal skills for briefs, reports and senior stakeholder liaison. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems such as SharePoint and finance/HR platforms.

Full-time, Fixed-Term position at HEW Level 7 until 20th December 2026 Parramatta South campus with flexible working arrangements.
